LATIHAN UNTUK ABAD KE 21 IPSM

Background
Though I am trained agriculturist,geologist and soil scientist in 1985 I was appointed as Principle of Institute Pertanian.Though I had three months experience in Malayan Training College,I never really graduate as a trainer.But as student from age of 7 to M.Sc graduate surely I am an experience learner.I can really transfer knowledge the way I received them!!! Student perspective.
How ever my creative personality and innovative nature does not stop you just that.I am futuristic thus believing we a training the student for the future not for the present.Well " prophet" would not be accepted during his time!!
Demostrating to two Principal future computers
First I believe student in the future need to be computer literate.To put the massage across to conservative director to get into curriculum is slow process.I use my 5 months salary bought first advance computer with graphic Interphase Amiga.
Actually it is like the present window with multitasking ability.Microsoft is still backword until the too over Amiga.Instroduce computer club in Institute and I personally teach student on window words,excells,graphics and animation.No one appriciate  but students!!!



I introduced motivation course and group dynamic camping model for a week.It new then,now is PLKN.
Jungle tracking and group dynamic was introduced




I pay their scholarship by introducing student cheque that they can buy from cooperative stundents shop without using Malaysia ringgit but Institute own printed money while their money earn interest in the bank.They can cash their cheque any time if they need to do transaction outside Institute. Now we have Tesco Baucer Tunai!!!
I introduce and endorse community prayer at students surau and staff should participate.Kempimpinan melalui taladan.
As punishment,students had to paint the fence.They painted the palm tree as well: that is innovation out creativity or noughtiness.I had to take it positively,they are the future.

In painted student hostel with colourful bright colours by mixing white colours and other colours.Students learn to paint their hostel and finally admin block.This shock the conseravative bosses even though I save Institute fund.
Blue Colour & Pink Colour Pillers that shock colleague  dan bosses is common feature in school:This Putra secondary School 2012.When I was students the buildings did not exist yet.

After ten years all the colours I use is used all over the places.My colleague realised what I did then was the future.One of the colour is the colour of Shah Alam Mosque and Putrajya Mosque!!!
